As an important reminder to all SAGE applicants: the SAGE application materials must be mailed to the Students Welfare Division at the University of Guyana.   

The SAGE application is separate from the University’s general application.      All SAGE applicants must have also separately submitted an application to the University of Guyana, either through the Admissions Division, or through their online application system.

Please make sure you submit the correction application to the correct location!

SAGE is thrilled to announce a partnership with Shoe Source, a company based in Georgetown, Guyana: Shoe Source will sponsor an annual scholarship with SAGE starting this application cycle! You can view a full press release here with the details.

In addition, Shoe Source has launched an ad campaign that has received press coverage from Stabroek News and Demerara Waves. The campaign consists of newspaper ads, a radio ad, and a television ad that we hope will increase awareness of SAGE throughout the Guyana and bring in many new applications this year.
